Questions

Is GST included in the price?

No. Prices exclude GST. GST at the applicable rate is added on the quote and invoice: CGST + SGST within Tamil Nadu, IGST for other states.

What does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for orders of ₹10,000 and above (before GST). Below that, a flat ₹250 delivery charge applies. Remote locations may be quoted separately.

How soon will my order be dispatched?

Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days after we confirm your quote and receive payment.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or UPI, using the details on your confirmed quote. Online card/UPI checkout is coming soon.
